We have a video package to fit your wedding day plan and budget. We can customize any package to fit your needs. A minimum deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.

Diamond Package $1499

2 HD CAMERAS, 2 VIDEOGRAPHERS

Includes bride and groom preps, first look, the ceremony, and all the reception highlights. You'll receive up to 20 on-camera comments from family & guests. All of this will be edited into a storybook video highlight. A background music track will be added to the video. This is our longest and most inclusive video. The edited highlight video will be at least 30 minutes.

Gold Package $1299

2 HD CAMERAS, 1 VIDEOGRAPHER

Our most popular package!
Includes bride and groom prep, first look, the ceremony and the highlights of the reception with up to 10 guest comments. We will capture all the special fun had by everyone. A background music track will be added to the finished video. The highlight video will be 15-20 minutes.

Silver Package $999

1 HD CAMERA, 1 VIDEOGRAPHER

Includes an edited highlight video of the wedding ceremony, reception and a few guests’ comments. We will focus on the bride and groom and all the special moments of the day. (NOTE : This pkg does not include bride and groom preps or a first look)

Bronze Package $699 (Ceremony Only )

1 HD CAMERA, 1 VIDEOGRAPHER

This package includes capturing the ceremony only. The video will focus on the bride and groom sharing their special moments and vows. If the ceremony runs over 30 minutes there will be an additional charge for the editing.  We will include an on camera comment from the bride and groom. You will need to discuss the details of how you would like your ceremony edited with Chuck . 

Edit Your Own Wedding $799

1 HD CAMERA, 1 VIDEOGRAPHER

Watch your wedding video on your honeymoon! Action Video Service will capture your ceremony and your reception highlights. You will be given the SD CARD files the same day which you can watch as soon as you’d like. You can also have AVS edit your wedding footage for an extra charge. ( Action Video Service will have a second back up SD card of your wedding ) 

Drone Video

Our ceremony DRONE VIDEO is exciting & affordable!

Take your ceremony to a higher level. An outdoor wedding ceremony especially is a great deal about the venue, and if yours is a destination wedding who wouldn’t want to capture the spectacular location and vibrant colors to be edited with the ground video. Our drone pilots are certified, creative and trained in safe aerial video production.  (Please check out the video below) 

We will go over all the ceremony details with our drone pilot and create a perfect aerial capture of your ceremony that will blend perfect with our ground cameras. (The drone pilot and ground videographer will have headset audio communication during the ceremony. )

Package Add ons

Bride and Groom Moment Together - $299

Prior to your wedding day, Chuck will do an on-camera interview with the bride and groom at a special location. We will talk about how they met, what they share together and what their new life adventure will mean. We’ll have some fun with this and create a beautiful moment that will be added to your wedding day video.

Bride and Groom Prep - $299

The videographer will arrive early and spend an hour capturing some special video of the bride and groom preparing for the day. The bridal party will also be included. This is a most important part of any wedding day video. ( Already included under the Diamond and Gold package )

Family and Guests Comments - $199

Another strength that comes from Chuck’s 27 years shooting national TV stories is talking to people, Chuck will get special comments to the bride and groom from family and friends,. We’ll edit all the kind and fun comments in throughout your video. ( Already included in our Diamond, Gold and Silver package )

Additional Editing Services Available

In most cases the edited highlight video length provided in each of our packages is what a bride and groom want. Occasionally a couple will be interested in having a complete documentation of their wedding day If you’re interested in having a longer edit of your day we will be happy to discuss all options available to you.

Details and FAQ's

  • Planning - We will e-mail you a wedding question sheet to get as much detail about your day as possible.  About a month before your date, we will do a final check and make sure we have all your accurate details.
  • What if Bride and Groom Preps are Not at the Same Location - If the bride and groom preps are at different locations there will be a second set up and travel time fee.
  • Add a Video Monitor at Your Reception - We have added a new very creative video feature to the reception. We now offer a large screen TV on a portable stand at the reception and do a wireless video feed of the first dances, toasts, games and other reception highlights. This can be very helpful for guests who are not sitting up close to the dance floor or possibly not physically able to be closer. ( Please ask about this truly unique addition )
  • How Long Do We Film? - Action Video Service does not set a time limit on your day. We arrive early and we leave when we know your special day has been captured to the fullest.
  • Music Sound Track - We recognize the importance of the song the bride and groom have chosen for their first dance. We will edit in the original sound track to your first dance if available .
  • Making Payments - Once you have paid your deposit you are welcome to make payments for the balance of your video or pay in full with balance due 30 days before your date.
  • Our Commitment - Action Video Service will do whatever it takes to capture your wedding day and create a memorable video you will love and enjoy sharing with your family and friends for a lifetime !
  • Let's Make it Perfect - We are always happy to customize and discuss any aspect of your wedding needs.
  • Final Video Length - The length of your edited highlights depends greatly on the amount of wedding day content we have. A standard highlight will normally be 15-20 minutes. Were happy to edit in as much video of your special day as you would like. If your ceremony is more than 30 minutes long there will be an extra fee.
  • Video Specifications - Your wedding day will be recorded on 1920/1080 FHD- film style 24 to 60fps Format files with 16x9 aspect ratio including SONY and SENNHEISER audio.
  • Video Delivery Options - Each video package includes an edited highlight video of your wedding day. You can request the video on Google Drive,  Drop Box or a standard flash drive .

  • The traditional cutting of the cake.

  • First dance with parents or other family members.
  • Toasts by wedding party and family (we ask that toasts are kept to 3 minutes each)

  • Garter toss to single gentlemen.
  • Party dancing by family and guests.
  • We will also capture any special additional moments the bride and groom may have planned.
